FIBERMET
Pre-insulated metal panels with mineral fiber insulation for walls (also available in the version with perforated internal support).
Dimensions
width mm 1000
length upon request from continuous production process.
Standard insulating thickness
mm 50 - 60 - 80 - 100 - 120 - 150 - 200 panels of non standard thicknesses can be supplied upon request previous agreement on minimum quantities.
Supports
galvanized steel, galvanized prepainted or plastified steel; stainless steel; natural or prepainted aluminium; copper (CORAM).
Isulation
made by a special configuration insulating layer, in high-density mineral fibers (λ = 0,040 W/mK), arranged perpendicular to the plate plane.
Protective treatments for external support available
On request for external polyester coating, atoxic prepainted for food contact, silicone polyester, PVDF, thermoplastic Class A application of PVC plastic films or other films
EPD certification (CAM)
For more information on CAM certification, contact the technical / commercial department.
Mod. EVO joint
Last generation joint in the ECOLINE family, by its very rigid nature and with a high thermal break, does not require special plastic joints to hold the sheets, since the monolithicity is guaranteed by the perfect adhesion obtained with exclusive patented technologies. In particularly critical situations, a simple expanded gasket is used.
Reaction to fire
A2,s1-d0 - on normal unperforated panel, drilling does not allow this classification.

Insights on the test report
(Note) The report test given, is provided for information purposes only. Values and formulas should not be used to determine or calculate the flow rate of the panel. It is the responsibility and care of the customer and/or designer to draft appropriate calculations with specific reference for individual uses. The thicknesses and quality of steel defined in the report test above, does not represent a standard of product as the combination of thicknesses and materials is determined by the customer according to their technical requirements, therefore the customer and/or the designer are required to specify thickness, quality and type of materials that the producer will use in the construction of the panels.
